Our Mission

Mentwr stands as a steady companion: for the entrepreneur shaping their vision, the young professional finding their voice, and the lifelong learner redefining what progress means. 

Themis Chasiotis is an entrepreneur, author, and investor on a mission to empower people and organizations to grow.

Mentwr was founded by Themis Chasiotis, a leader who spent two decades growing inside one of Greece’s most ambitious business transformations at Papastratos, an affiliate of Philip Morris International. During his career, Themis progressed through 14 roles across 5 functions in Greece and abroad, learning firsthand what it means to evolve alongside an organization in constant change.

From 2021 to 2025, he served on the top management team, leading Commercial and Public Affairs. During this period, Papastratos was recognized as Greece’s most attractive employer for five consecutive years (Randstad Employer Brand Research).

In 2021, he launched his first voluntary mentoring initiative to share practical knowledge with students and young professionals. Five years later, in 2026, Themis turned his vision into reality by founding Mentwr and publishing his first book, «Κάν’ το» – a practical guide for professionals who want to move forward with clarity and confidence.
